It's not a 3 it's a 2.5, due to this not being my first time at this Dunkin. It's usually good but I went this past Wednesday and I was not pleased with my order and what I got. I ordered 20 donut holes and two medium strawberry coolatas. I was told that the lady spilled all the donut holes besides like 6 and that I could get another flavor or get regular glazed donuts. I went with regular donuts. The four donuts that I was gave were not good donuts and the donut holes I got tasted like coffee. Who knows if those were actually in the ground too. I received my coolatas (strawberry) and I was not at all pleased with it. I always get this coolata but when I got it on Wednesday it was far from strawberry. My and my boyfriend both took a sip and made a sour face. It was like they put all the sour sugar they could into our drinks on how bad it tasted. I drove away wasting $15 on what I usually get but that day it was not good at all.
Staff was nice and respectful but I am so disappointed on what I received.
I am not sure on if I'll be back to this location. -

Wow. This place is terrible. Went in today (Sunday) around 9 am for a bagel and drink. Witnessed an employee entering in orders on the computer and then making food without changing gloves. Needless to say I skipped the bagel. Wait times were 14 minutes for a latte. When I was looking for the manager to politely say something the glove guy came to the counter and he was the manager! I have a video of the repeated health violation if management doesn't believe me or wants to use it for training.

I don't know why I've been here 3 x, shame on me. Everything is burnt or cold and despite having many employees the service is bad every visit.

Six month later and things have gone from bad to worse. Orders are consistently incorrect and it seems like the staff is not properly trained. This store is suppose to be one of their new flagship Dunkin' stores. This store needs some serious help.

This place is new and totally get that they are still training and getting the proportions right. Hence going with a generous two star.
I used the drive thru to order my regular vanilla chai hot. I have had the chai at multiple locations at Dunkins and exactly know how it tastes.
They took a while to get it ready and when I had my first sip, I could tell it had turned cold and the flavors were not right.
By the end of the drink I saw the tea, sugar granules stuck to the bottom. It was not mixed well and it was just there all the while I drank that chai. I am definitely not happy with the that.
Overall I would not go to this location until they are trained well and know what they are doing.
